We aim to confirm your booking and issue related documentation within the following timelines:
- Flights: E-tickets are issued within 24 hours of successful payment, subject to airline confirmation.
- Cruises: Booking confirmations are sent within 48 hours, with travel vouchers issued 7–14 days before departure.
- Hotels: Confirmation vouchers are typically sent instantly or within 24 hours, depending on the hotel’s response time.
If confirmation is delayed due to external service provider issues, we will notify you via email or phone.
